Novice Knitter here! I’m Ceylan (pronounced Jay-lawn) Gul and I absolutely love knitting . I taught myself to knit in December 2006, so I’m still learning, but I always look for something challenging and fun to knit. I’m also a fanatic about books, so you could also find me here. If you join, tell them ceylang sent you
I’m a 30-something single diva living in Dallas, TX, and won’t be leaving anytime soon. This is my first time blogging, and although I’m not good with words, my intention here is only to share my love for knitting (and reading)

You are too cute. Anna was trying to teach me to knit the other day. Found out after “getting the hang of it” that I was only casting on or off…wax on and off Danielson…

I was just checking in to see how your tangled yoke in Swish was coming along. I was wondering about the yarn, wether it’s a good substitute or if you had any gauge problems with it. Can’t wait to see more.

Please excuse this off topic question. I came across your blog using the “Next” button and really like the “percentage complete” visuals in your sidebar. I do a lot of craft projects myself; how do you insert that image? Thank you.
